KE Cargo 3.1

Korean Air Cargo application aims to improve the overall cargo experience for users. It provides a one-touch solution to access various cargo-specific functions such as Booking, My Cargo, Schedule, Tracking, and Operations.

1. BOOK AND UPDATE YOUR SHIPMENTS HASSLE-FREE:
   • A logged-in user can easily make bookings for the available schedules within the application. Additionally, existing bookings can be edited using the application. Users can also access a Booking List feature displaying all bookings based on flight date.
2. TRACK AND GET REAL-TIME UPDATES:
   • The tracking feature offers users status updates from booking to delivery, piece-weight information, and flight routing details. Users can instantly check the flight level booking status under Reservation Information. Additionally, logged-in users have the option to subscribe to E-mail/SMS notifications and view their tracking history.
3. SEARCH FOR FLIGHT SCHEDULES:
   • Users can access scheduled flights online and proceed with bookings through this feature. It allows searching for Daily Schedule, Weekly Schedule, and Flight Operation Status by selecting specific Origin and Destination Airports.
4. MY CARGO - A PERSONALIZED DASHBOARD EXPERIENCE FOR USERS:
   • My Cargo offers personalized content tailored for logged-in users, enhancing agent engagement and customer experience. Users can easily fetch new updates by using the refresh button.
5. OPERATIONS:
   • This feature provides users with customs clearance status results for US-bound shipments, EU (European Union)-bound shipments. It also lists the Air Waybills (AWBs) that are boarded and offloaded from flights, in addition to displaying the quantity/weight of cargo accepted into the departure terminal for a specific Master Air Waybill (MAWB).

In addition to accessing cargo-specific functions, users can explore various menu items that provide details about different products, services offered, terms and policies, customer support, and additional cargo business-related information.
